Chaparral High School Athletics Online Registration for Spring Sports |
Please read and follow the following steps to be completely registered for sports.
IMPORTANT: You are only registered once ALL steps are completed.

Deadline to register for Spring Sports is Tuesday, February 18th, 2014.
Step 1: Carefully read and electronically sign the following District athletic participation documents: (this step is required even if your athlete participated in a Fall or Winter sport.)
- Emergency Contact Information
- High School Training Rules & Expectations
- Student & Parent/Guardian Advisement & Permit
- Sporting Behavior Pledge
- Transportation Awareness Consent & Release
Step 2: After hitting submit, download and print the following documents from the confirmation page:
- Interscholastic Participant Form (Physical Form). Physical Form must be current and signed by a physician. Physicals are good for exactly one year from the date given.
- Athletic/Activity Medical Information
- Click HERE to submit your Physical Form.
Step 3: Bring printed documents to Chaparral Athletics along with $150 for the District participation fee.
Once all three steps have been completed, a GOLD CARD will be issued for participation in athletics. Without a GOLD CARD, athletes are not allowed to participate in athletics at Chaparral.
